If advised by your practitioner, you can apply a cold compress to the area, but avoid rubbing or applying pressure.

Restrict strenuous exercise for at least 24 hours.

Avoid saunas, hot tubs, and excessive sun exposure for at least 24 hours.
Avoid lying down or bending over for at least 4 hours.
Refrain from touching, rubbing, or applying pressure to the treated area.
Avoid applying makeup to the treated area.

Extended Aftercare (First Week and Beyond):
